Order Processing
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation;
- Orders will only be processed and shipped on business days.
Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days depending on location.
- Express Shipping: For those who need items quickly, we offer express delivery within 2-3 business days depending on location.
Delivery times are estimated and start counting from the shipping date, not the order date.
Shipping costs
- Shipping is calculated based on the order weight, dimensions and delivery destination;
- For purchases over R$249.00, we offer free standard shipping;
- Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout before completing your purchase.

Return and exchange policy
At 4LON, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
Return Period
- You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
1. Contact us : To initiate a return, please contact us at support@4lon.com.br with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and a return address.
2. Prepare the Package: Pack items securely, including all documents provided.
3. Ship the Package: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during transport back.
Refunds
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., product is defective or not as described).
Exchanges
- To exchange a product, follow the returns process to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item at any time.
